Great t-pads and main trails are clear. Fairway brush does make it hard to find your disc, but I still love this course. It's completely clear right now, which makes February golfing perfect!

Seemed like zero upkeep done during the summer. The signs are all scratched up, the brush is out of control, hard to find trash cans at times. In the winter, paths and visibility are a bit better.
