This is my kind of course! Olorin rating = 9/10 This is a Top Tier course among the ~1190 courses that I have reviewed since 1979. DISClamer: I don’t throw very far so I personally enjoy courses that are not super long. One of my key mottos is: “Birdies are fun!” BUT the biggest con is that even basic hole layout maps are desperately needed! Even just basic lines to make a map on the tee sign. When I’m playing I’m seeking a state of mindfulness so I hate looking at my phone at all. If I have to consult the Udisc map just to see the shape of the hole so I know where the basket is, and where to throw my drive, then that is a big con to me! First-Time-Friendly rating = 3/10 because of this. If they fixed then my rating would increase even more.

Beginner playing the red pads. Definitely agree with the reviews about the trees, but you’re playing in the woods so it’s to be expected. From the reds the shots are quite a bit easier so try them out if you’re struggling on the blues. Only thing I would say negatively is that the red pads are just rubber mats on the ground. Much smaller than the blues and incredibly uneven but otherwise it’s a very nice course and a great walk.
