About the course

No formal signs yet, but an easy to follow loop-layout. Tee pads were poured at the end of November, 2014, except for hole 2, as it is down in a flood plane. Course requires control and power as you navigate the grass and trees of a city park and the expanse of the cave creek run off drainage area. Very fun, can't wait for it to mature!

Lots of potential here. 18 hole course, lots of longer shots. Distance is a plus. No signage. Some holes have concrete tee-pads, while others you are teeing off from the sidewalk. Good mix of distances & shot shapes for the most part. Lots of trash around the course. Long walk, bring water. Overall, if signage was installed & every home had a legit concrete tee-pad, it could be a decant option. Nothing too crazy, but worth checking out.
