23 holes. Cottonwood tree's (subject to falling). Course is nestled alongside the Carson River. (Disc risks) on holes 7, 8, 14, 16, 17, 18 Bug spray during warm weather recommended.

Course is cleaner than it used to be, although there are still too many downed trees to remove. Signage between holes is nonexistent, and even uDisc doesn't help that much. The first three "extra" holes seem situated for the sole purpose of letting the Carson River claim your discs. I'm sticking with the 18-hole (minus hole 8, which I guess will never be replaced) configuration.

We had a lot of mud the day we went so be mindful of such, other than that it is an okay course nothing majorly special. Also hole 8 is inaccessible due to the river but it is there.
