About the course

Multiple layouts, for advanced, recreational and novice players. Part of the course has elevation. Part of the course is on abandoned football fields. And in the summer of 2021 we have added a loop of seven advanced holes around a lake, making Zoetermeer the longest course in the country, and arguably one of the more challenging ones. As we are below sea level, there are obviously water hazards as well, and some tricky OB. Bring your full bag and skill set for the Advanced layout! And long trousers as we do have to work with tall grass in some areas unfortunately. This course is established in one of the dense populated area's in The Netherlands. Please keep in mind that all terrain is public and shared ground with other users. Only throw when it is safe to do so and you are clear you are not going to hit someone. The local community is mowing around baskets and keeping teepads clear as much as possible. Fairways are done by local government on an unregular basis.

Having played a 100+ rounds here it's hard not to be biased, but this is the perfect practice course to live close to. The amount of routes and outdated signage is confusing for new players, but the variety that comes with this does wonders for improving your game on any skill level. The white and safari routes have great hole variety and constantly change your facing angle which forces you to keep a keen eye on the wind, while the extended blue layouts take you through a gorgeous wooded route with tight tunnel shots. As I've gotten better the progression of adapting to the harder courses has been an amazing motivator to keep me coming back. No matter what day it is there's always a route that suits my mood!
