This course has potential to be one of those courses that’s challenging but fun. Currently it’s not all that fun. There are several holes where there’s just not really a line or where there was a line and then they put the tee pad like 4 feet off the clear and good fairway. Front 9 really isn’t very fun at the moment, needs more trees to come out. Back 9 is certainly more fun in my opinion, but still needs a lot of limb work done to be good. Not a course for beginners, that’s for sure. Could be really top notch pro level, but currently it’s just not rewarding. One year later: looks like not much has changed unfortunately. Still needs more clearing of trees and underbrush to be a top notch course.

very solid course, only weird thing was most of the key signs were backwards. Other than that, it was really fun and challenging, lots of variety and elevation changes. Some fairways were a little unfair, but these woods are pretty thick so that comes with the territory it looks like. Great job on this one Mr. McCabe.
