This course has potential but the owner needs to fix what club members has brought to his attention. Almost every hole needs to be trimmed so you have some what of a ceiling. Two holes need to be removed or changed. It does fell like a good amount of the holes was designed for a certain shot that the course owner throws.

The property is huge and well maintained but you spend a lot of time walking between holes because of that. Some of the holes it feels better to just skip them in a casual round, which isn't something I personally like in design. I would describe them as less RHFH friendly and more RHBH openly hostile. You can tell a lot of work has been put in and it will be a great course, just plan on spending up to 3 hours with a full card of am players, its big.
