It's mowed well and they have nice baskets. Tee markers are mostly there. Clearly defined (worn) spots to drive from are only visible at a few tees... it's a cool little spot though. Good for practice. There probably isn't a hole longer than 250', and most are +/- 200'. You'll have to rely on U disc to find your way around at first.
