21 väyläinen, laajalle 19 hehtaarin alueelle sijoittuva rata on kokonaisuudessaan helppokulkuisessa hoidetussa puistomaastossa. Rata muodostaa yhtenäisen lenkin ja radan kierto sujuu luontevasti. Pitkiä siirtymiä ei ole, vaikka Kokemäenjoki ylitetään välillä kävelysiltaa pitkin. Toisaalta joki jakaa radan myös kahteen pienempään itsenäiseen lenkkiin ja näiden mukaan radan numerointikin on nimetty A ja P lenkkiin.
