Not recommended for individuals with limited mobility - All tees except 2 & 3 are close to the interior circular road or formed paths. Fairway 2 is uphill initially. Fairway 3 is downhill initially. Fairways are in great condition and generally flat but often cross or run along gullies, some of which are steep. Some gullies can be waterlogged depending on recent weather.
