About the course

Little Davie is a totally separate course from the main Davie course and is shorter with many birdie opportunities for the beginner/intermediate player. Little Davie is designed to be a “fun” course with many unique features like a 4-tiered green and a basket built in a cedar log wall. There is even a triple basket that is great for ace runs. Even advanced players will enjoy throwing some technical putter shots as the course is mostly wooded, but with fair lines. All-in-all, Little Davie offers a relaxing version of disc golf that all skill levels can enjoy.

A scaled-down, more forgiving companion to OG Davie, with less length and bite, making for a fun round while still requiring shaped shots (mandos remove shortcuts on several holes). • Creative touches stand out, especially the pyramid basket (#5), log wall (#13), and bamboo wall (#15), though some will see these as gimmicky rather than true signature holes. • Excellent stretch from #7–11: five straight wooded holes with varied looks, elevation, doglegs, and smart landing zones, strong Reedy Creek (Charlotte) vibes here. • Solid flow between open and wooded holes, good tee signs and pads, plus a disc golf shop on site. This park is largely dedicated to disc golf. • Biggest drawback is navigation: overlapping courses and walking trails need clearer directional signage. Holes #1–5 feel cramped, and #17–18 are underwhelming closers. • Overall, a good, slightly above-average course. I’d play Little Davie for fun and OG Davie for challenge. A worthwhile regional stop, especially with two courses in one location.

Fun blue-level course. Lots of eclectic lines and obstacles. Includes an homage to the bamboo triple mando hole at the USDGC course in Rock Hill.
