About the course
Beautiful and serene 18 hole course which uses elevation well. Mix of open field shots and a few in the woods. Long and short tees on most holes. Water comes into play on hole #1. Lower traffic.
History
Lobdell Reserve Disc Golf Course was designed and installed in 2003 by a group of high schoolers with grant support from Licking County. Working under strict guidelines—no trees could be cut and only existing paths through the woods could be used—the team built the course with creativity, teamwork, and a love for the game. Over the years, Lobdell has grown into one of Ohio’s top-rated courses, thanks to the dedication of the disc golf community and local volunteers.
Special thanks to Columbus Flyers Disc Golf Club and everyone who continues to care for the course, and to Scott Jackson, Ryan Sitler, and Troy Hottle, the original crew that made it happen.

Great layout! Good combination of long bomber shots, but still needing some shape. Wood shots are nice and a few short holes to keep it fun. Hole nine is probably my favorite but a couple great shots along the ridge.

Lots of variety holes some open some wooded some flat some hilly. Permanent bathroom. If I didn’t have the app I may have got lost though. Some tees are a bit of a walk from the last hole.
