Really fun course very well maintained! Not a whole lot of rough to get into trouble with but lots of off the fairway heavily treed areas to fight. There’s no way you can play the Monster with anyone else on the course as it crosses many fairways and tee-pads from other courses. Really great to see a course like this and a facility like this in this park. One could easily spend all day here playing the three different courses.

I came into this course expecting a championship-level layout and one of the top 10 courses in Virginia, but instead had one of the most frustrating rounds of my disc golf career. About a third of the holes were either underwater or heavily obstructed, making play difficult and unpredictable. The back 9 offers some big bomber fairways, but they’re paired with below-average tee boxes and long, tiring walks between holes. The layout feels overly complicated, with 4 to 5 baskets per hole, making it nearly impossible to play as intended without walking the entire course first to figure it out—this is a prime example where less would have been more. I can see how locals who play here regularly wouldn’t struggle as much, but for new players not so hot. Also only 2-3 memorable holes and a bunch of fillers
