I'm glad we finally have something in Nipomo, but the Parks and Rec dept was pretty stuck on this being the only place it could be put. It is a massive sand dune (like the rest of Nipomo) so the only greenery is poison oak and sage bush littered with ticks and fleas. The holes are mostly just straight shots going back and forth, and you repeat a couple holes. Overall it's an ok place to get a quick round in or bring new players who would be intimidated by obstacles like trees and water. I hope the course gets the chance to grow and develop into something more representative of the rest of the park.

There are 7 baskets played as 9 holes. Very much of a practice course, but convenient for Nipomo & 5 cities.
