Lots of extremely long par 3s. Very little signage. Water carriers without bailout zones, so if you don't have 300, you probably won't play these holes. Just some surprising design choices for a highly rated course.

Been playing this course a few times a year for about 8 years now and it's really apparent that it's just not maintained. I remember really loving this course for it's shot variety and spicy greens. Still had that, but also hunting for discs in calf deep grass in the fairways. A couple tee pads are just sandboxes at this point. Really a bummer for such a great course to fall into disrepair.
