2026 update, The city of perris added a new skatepark and playground as well as new landscape design. Hole 1 tee pad has been moved, hole 4 and 5 tee pads have been completely ripped out and now incorporated into the sidewalk, and the second pin position on hole 9 has been destroyed by city builders when the skatepark was installed. Also hole 9 tee sign is missing, some mandatory signs have been removed or destroyed, city did all this without consulting with me and asking for best options for tee pad relocation etc. Im quite disappointed with the city of perris. They destroyed my design, wont give me keys to change pin locations , dont communicate with me at all. Ive spent alot of money outta pocket with promise of reimbursement which never happen. I was doing course improvements and trying to maintain it but I have given up. City just does what they want when they want. Ive tried my best to make this the best 9 hole it could be for the space and area. In my opinion the new playground is an eyesore and a poor addition, the tee pads were great and removing hole 4 and 5 pads were a mistake. The new 4 and 5 relocation was a poor choice and definitely coulda been moved to a better location keeping the original pads. Overall the city of perris parks and recreation leadership is more focused on spending money on useless improvements and ruining my original design. I wanna apologize to the disc golf community as I had nothing to do with the changes and will no longer be doing course improvements. I dont have money to throw away like the city and am focusing on new courses and new designs in other locations. Jeff
