No tee boxes, crooked baskets, just hasn’t been taken care of. Shouldn’t cost money for this condition. But, the holes themselves are really well designed. There’s a lot of potential if it’s taken care of.

This course has a lot of potential, played it plenty of times through the years and the shot variety and course itself is great. The main problem this course has is that the tee pads are non existent. normally I wouldn’t care much about throwing on grass but here you’re throwing on pine needles more often than not. Guess that’s why they call it pine valley… maybe hire grounds keepers to do a daily sweep of the tee areas and putt some turf down?? Or even better yet some concrete pads
