This course has real bones, with good use of woods, limited elevation, and water, and several holes hint at what could be a fun, quality layout. • Hole #2 should be the true opener, a short dogleg-left toward water with an elevated basket and drop-off, and one of the more memorable opening-hole designs you’ll see. • Strong stretches include #7 (water left, woods right, peninsula-style green), #9–10 using the only hill on the course, and #12–14 circling the pond, with #13 being the tightest, most demanding water carry. • Navigation, signage, and upkeep drag the course down, with missing or confusing tee information, unclear layouts, and uneven maintenance in the woods. • #16 is a disastrous, unsafe hole that should not exist, combining a baseball field, blind walking trail shots, sharp turns, and luck-based outcomes, and it single-handedly undermines much of the goodwill built earlier in the round. • Despite some genuinely good holes (#3 and #17 especially), the course would be better served as a trimmed-down layout, or even a strong 9-hole redesign, rather than forcing a full 18 with serious safety flaws.

Makings of a good course with some more maintenance: it is missing many tee signs and there is lots of trash, but the baskets are in good shape. Somewhat navigable without UDisc as there are some physical next hole markes but I still had to pull it out a couple times. Water crossings were appropriate for intermediate golfers or confident beginners. Not the best in the area but could provide some decent variety, especially for newer players starting to see themselves as intermediate level players.
