About the course

First tee is located by the pay station & restroom. Parking is along both sides of the road. Seasonal course as they pull the baskets during winter. The baskets frequently move locations as well. 4, 5, 8, 11, 15, 16, 18 have long tees.

The long tee layout still shows location and distance from the short tees and has for months. Someone needs to fix it.

Course design is awful. If you want to add a literal extra 9 holes worth of walking to your round-- without ANY signs or indicators of where to go next--in an already non-intuitive layout, come to Root River. 4 miles of walking for 18 holes? Ludicrous.
