About the course

History

I bought the land in 2022, and began building a course instantly. It was founded off of the hard work I've done, selling roofs. The teepads were mostly funded off of Bitcoin, that i purchased at an average cost of 33k, and sold at 122k

Course is still under development. Super thick rough with lots of undergrowth. Design is ok with really nice tees and baskets. Looking forward to the future of this property as the course gets worn in.

A very new course so the rough is still really rough but would rate it higher once broken in more. Lots of shot variety and a mix of shorter and long holes.
