New 18 hole course at the Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex, City of Vestavia - water & bathrooms at pavilion near practice basket - pads are currently natural with one basket placement - rugged terrain with many elevation changes, one woodland hole, one water hole - dog friendly, not currently cart friendly - This course is the Eagle project of Cooper Williamson, Troop 76 Vestavia

They changed the layout which made it even worse and the rough areas are so punishing you might as well only throw discs you dont care about

This isn’t moderate. Ten feet off the fairway into over waist high vines and blackberries on an almost 600 ft double dogleg par 4 with a couple of tree clusters in the fairway might not be for me. In all honesty, I was working with a limited number of discs to build a no-check travel bag for a few upcoming trips but still, losing two of my better control fairways because of less than perfect releases into crazy overgrowth is no fun. I played here two years ago when I was new so I thought it was ok but I probably won’t be back. ps, UDisc distances are a bit off too.
