This is a fun park course with a variety of shots, distances, and a surprising amount of elevation change. The course is fun and challenging to play. Unfortunately, the tee areas are mostly gravel and are not maintained. They are pretty much holes in the ground that get sloppy when wet. There are concrete pads in a few areas, which is encouraging. Some of the fairways cross very close to each other and there are a good many walking trails around the wooded holes. Keep an eye out for other park goers and golfers. The Spicy Layout seems to be a local-knowledge-required layout, as there are no marked tee pads for some of the holes on that layout. I would play this course regularly if I lived in that area due to the shot variety and elevation change. I don’t think it would make a very good event course due to the proximity of some fairways to each other and the poor tee pad conditions. New tee pads on all holes would really up the quality of the course. It seems the local community is working on it.

They just started putting in concrete pads, but as usual they are way too short. Why can't people get this right. And they also protrude high out of the ground which makes taking your first run up step off the grass even worse.
