About the course

Rovaniemelle loppukesästä 2012 avattu 18-väyläinen rata joka laajentui 20 väyläiseksi syksyllä 2015. Toramon frisbeegolfrata tarjoaa haasteita jokaiselle pelaajalle. Suurin osa väylistä on ahtaita metsärännejä, vieläpä kohtalaisen kapeita ja pitkiä., vaikkakin mandoja löytyy kolmelta väylältä ja onhan seassa myös saariväylä. Radalta löytyy myös väyliä, joilla korkeuserot aiheuttavat päänvaivaa. Ensimmäiset kahdeksan väylää ovat aika tasaisia, mutta sen jälkeen meininki muuttuu tyystin.

Toramo kuuluu parempaan puoliskoon käymistäni metsäradoista. Maasto kulunut erinomaiseksi, joten kiekon hukkumisen pelko on pieni. Suurimmaksi osaksi sellainen, että mörristä voi päästä taitavalla heitolla vielä par-koitolle. Rata vaatii enimmäkseen teknistä osaamista heitoilta, mutta en silti laskisi rataa ihan vaan ns. tekniseksi radaksi. Heittomitastakin on hyötyä. Pari legendaarista seppokoriakin radalta löytyy.
