About the course

Come experience one of the most beautiful disc golf courses in the world . Located 3400 ft in the Panamanian cloud forrest in a hidden valley below Volcan Barù, Valle Escondido is a one of a kind treasure. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, waterfalls, and a clear volcanic stream, the course features breathtaking views almost everywhere you look. The weather is magical. Daytime highs are in the 70s year round. The course is 18 holes played on 9 baskets. Elevated tees, water hazards, sand bunkers, and tropical landscaping make the course unique. The course is located in Valle Escondido resort in Boquete, Panamá. The nearest airport is David (DAV) and is about 40 min from airport by car or taxi. The resort offers something for everyone including; a wonderful hotel, restaurant, cantina, regular golf, both indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, and a host of activities. Boquete offers amazing hiking, waterfalls, bird watching, whitewater rafting, coffee tours, Volcano tours, and much more!!

This course has it all, elevation, serious shot shaping required, lots of water hazards, gorgeous views, a bar, restaurant and washrooms near Hole 1. Shades of Norway’s Krokhol course on a few holes, with consequences for missed lines! Very friendly local DG community. Wow, such a fun and challenging course!
