No tee pads and poor signage is just the start. It's billed as a beginner course, and it is in the sense of its short, simplistic holes. (I shot -12, and the only reason it wasn't lower is because I was purposely trying to NOT attack most of the baskets due to human obstacles.) But since almost every basket is next to a road or walking path or within like 15 feet of playground equipment, if you can't control your shots, you WILL hit someone — probably a small child. Heck, you might hit someone even if you have great shot control. In that sense, it's NOT for beginners unless you're there when school is in. I picked a Monday morning, but that happened to be a teacher in-service day, So the park was FILLED with kids. They road bikes and electric scooters along the paths, and right across the fairways and in front of the baskets or tee areas, with NO warning. People were playing catch or kicking soccer balls on the fairways. People were camped out on blankets right next to some of the baskets. Most had NO clue or care whatsoever that they were sharing the space with disc golfers. One nice girl even picked up my disc and brought it to me after I threw it... It's a horrible course to play, really. I'll never come back to it. Even the views others describe weren't that special.
