Played 5 rounds here in the last 2 days, and none of the concrete tee pads were slick at all. (I played with a local who said that they'd been roughed up / fixed.) The course is an open park design. Considering that, there were lots of trees, bushes. rocks, and small hills that provided obstacles and a decent variety of shots. There were bathrooms and water fountains throughout the park. There were also benches all over the park, but none at the tree pads, which seems like a huge oversight.

Very nice, fun course. If you’re from out of town like me play this one and not the course at Sunset Park. This is a MUCH better course.
